Report: OPEC+ worsens global oil surplus outlook to 0.4 mln bpd
MOSCOW, Sep 1 (PRIME) -- The technical monitoring committee of the OPEC+ alliance has decreased its outlook on the global market’s oil surplus to 0.4 million barrels per day (bpd) from 0.9 million bpd in 2022, Reuters reported late on Wednesday citing OPEC+ sources.
“The oil market will have a small surplus of just 0.4 million bpd in 2022, much less than forecast earlier, according to OPEC+, due to underproduction of its members,” it reported.
